US accuses Kimi K3 AI model maker Moonshot AI of 'stealing' Anthropic's Fable model

He also said Moonshot accessed banned Nvidia GB300 chips in Thailand. The charge follows Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent's sanctions warning over Chinese AI models.
