Uttar Pradesh is advancing indigenous ammunition production with a ₹322.2 crore investment by Navbharat Defence Systems Pvt Ltd in the Jhansi Defence Industrial Corridor. Aiming to manufacture high explosives, the project will create around 800 jobs and begins manufacturing by the end of 2025.
