Ulfa cadre surrenders before jt forces in Tirap op
A 23-year-old United Liberation Front of Assam (Ulfa) cadre, Kamal Akhun alias Vikas Mohanta, surrendered to security forces in Arunachal Pradesh's Tirap district. The operation, conducted by Assam Rifles in coordination with police, also resulted in the recovery of a pistol and live ammunition from the surrendered cadre.
