Sonia Gandhi visits police station to visit detained Priyanka
Sonia Gandhi visited Mandir Marg police station where Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and other leaders were detained. Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders held a sit-in outside the prime minister's residence. Minister of State Jitendra Singh attempted to persuade them to leave the sensitive site. Talks remained inconclusive, and police later removed and detained the leaders. Some detained leaders were taken to Mandir Marg and Kingsway camp police stations.
