The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has launched the Real Estate Balance Platform (Tawazoun), enabling eligible Saudi citizens to apply for affordable, developed residential plots in Riyadh. The initiative aims to provide 10,000 to 40,000 plots annually over five years, priced at no more than SAR 1,500 per square meter. Applications are open until October 23, 2025.
