Lokesh convinced Hindujas to restart bus manufacturing plant in Andhra Pradesh
Ashok Leyland resumed its bus manufacturing facility in Vijayawada after a five-year hiatus, thanks to a meeting between Nara Lokesh and Hinduja Group's top brass. Lokesh offered full government support in exchange for local job creation. The facility, initially started in 2018, was inaugurated on March 19, with plans for further investments in Andhra Pradesh.
