JD(U) leader Mahesh Mishra was shot dead near his home in Churihara village, Gaya district, Bihar, on Wednesday night. Mishra was the block secretary of JD(U) and deputy mukhiya of Chiraila panchayat. Three people have been arrested based on statements from Mishra's family.
