Top court cancels FIR against actor Mohan Babu over student fee protest rally
Actor Mohan Babu led a protest in 2019 against the then-ruling government of Andhra Pradesh for not granting students’ fee reimbursements to their institutions, allegedly obstructing the free flow of traffic and causing inconvenience and risk to the public, despite the Model Code of Conduct and Prohibitory Orders issued by the Election Commission of India being in force.
