Sheena Chohan on Arts Ambassador Award: Human stories have the power to connect people across borders

Sheena Chohan, who has been part of projects such as Sant Tukaram, Ant Story, Ex Mates, The Trial and The Fame Game, has been honoured with the Arts Ambassador Award for Global Artistic and Cultural Impact at the Florida Arts Summit. The recognition celebrates artistes whose work contributes to cultural representation and storytelling across borders. Reacting to the honour, Sheena said she believes cinema has the power to build empathy, shape culture and create meaningful conversations. Apart from her work in films and series across multiple languages, she is also actively involved in human rights education and awareness initiatives.
