Over 3 lakh people screened in Kerala’s cancer prevention drive
Health Minister Veena George announced that over 3 lakh individuals underwent cancer screening in Kerala through the 'Arogyam Anandam-Akatam Arbudam' campaign. More than 16,000 people were referred for further testing. The first phase targets women's health, focusing on breast, cervical, and oral cancer. Screening is free for BPL families and affordable for APL families.
