Man gets 10-year RI for murder
A 35-year-old man, Prakash Khatua, has been sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment for the 2018 killing of Bibek Rout. The Jagatsinghpur district and sessions judge convicted Khatua under IPC section 304(1) for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. The court also imposed a Rs 10,000 fine.
