Maharashtra: Cop convicted of killing API lover, dumping body
Nine years after Ashwini Bidre-Gore's disappearance, inspector Abhay Kurundkar has been convicted of her murder by the Panvel sessions court. The court found him guilty of killing Bidre in 2016, dismembering her body, and dumping it in Vasai creek. Two others were also convicted for helping dispose of the body.
