Rajesh Dahiya, a resident of Jabalpur city, has been arrested for allegedly killing 5 puppies using a stick, claiming their constant barking was a nuisance. The police have booked Dahiya under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita animal cruelty. A post-mortem is being conducted on one of the dead.
