Lucknow lawyer gets life term for conspiring in fake case over property dispute

A Lucknow SC/ST special court sentenced lawyer Parmanand Gupta to life imprisonment for conspiring to file a fake case in a property dispute. The court also imposed a Rs 5 lakh fine and barred him from practising law.
