Labourer injured as Maoists planted IED explodes at mining site in Chhattisgarh
A labourer was injured in an IED blast triggered by Maoists at an iron ore mining site in Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh. The incident occurred at Aamdai Ghati mine, operated by Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited. The injured was taken to a hospital. A similar blast killed two labourers in November 2023. An investigation is underway.
