Isro marks milestone as first leaves sprout in space
ISRO announced that cowpea seeds sprouted and their leaves have emerged in space. This milestone was achieved with the CROPS experiment. Additionally, ISRO's walking robotic arm, the Relocatable Robotic Manipulator-Technology Demonstrator (RRM-TD), also performed its experiment successfully. The RRM-TD will assist in in-orbit servicing in the future.
