IPS officer Kanwardeep Kaur gets one-year extension as Chandigarh SSP
Central government has extended IPS officer Kanwardeep Kaur's tenure as SSP Chandigarh by one year. The 2013-batch Punjab cadre officer, who joined in March 2023, will now continue her service in the city until March 2027. The extension was approved by the Cabinet Committee on Appointments following a proposal from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
