Exclusive: Akshay Anand joins Ankit Gupta and Anchal Sahu in Saurabh Tewari’s next
Producer Saurabh Tewari’s upcoming daily soap has locked its lead cast. While Ankit Gupta and Anchal Sahu have been finalised as the lead pair, actor Akshay Anand has also come on board in a pivotal role. Set against the backdrop of Darbhanga, Bihar, the show revolves around a criminal whose life takes an unexpected turn after he marries a woman from a family of law enforcers. The yet-untitled project is expected to go on floors next month. The show also marks Ankit’s return to television nearly a year and a half after Maati Se Bandhi Dor went off air.
