A 30-year-old software engineer from Pandav Nagar lost Rs 11 lakh to scammers posing as a matrimonial match and customs officials, demanding fake customs duty for a parcel from the Netherlands. The woman transferred the money believing she would receive jewellery and Euros. Police are investigating the case and advise caution with online financial transactions.
