Delhi-NCR pollution: Ban demolition work from Oct–Dec every year, says Union minister; 40% AQI reduction target

He also mandated the establishment of C&D waste handling infrastructure within a 10-km radius of construction sites and urged a 40% reduction in air quality index within a year.
