Bihar elections: Authorities ban victory processions in Patna, Model Code of Conduct extended till Nov 16
The Election Commission of India has extended the Model Code of Conduct in Patna district until November 16. This measure is in place to maintain law and order following the Bihar poll vote counting on November 14. Victory processions and political gatherings are completely banned. Sound amplification devices are also prohibited.
