Alkem to buy two firms
Alkem Labs has acquired Adroit Biomed and Bombay Ortho Industries for around Rs 290 crore to boost its domestic market positioning. These strategic acquisitions will enable Alkem to diversify its product portfolio in dermatology and cosmetology, and to expand in the Medtech segment, particularly in the orthopaedic implants sector.
