Vicky Williamson retires at 32 as former Olympic hopeful opens up about horror crash and lost identity

Former British cycling hopeful Vicky Williamson has retired from professional sport at 32, nearly ten years after a horrific crash in Rotterdam broke her neck, back, and pelvis. Once on track for Rio 2016, she fought back to compete in cycling and bobsleigh but missed multiple Olympic teams. She is now moving into fitness coaching and Pilates.
