UP woman ‘kills teen daughter for talking to boyfriend on phone’
A 45-year-old woman, Warisa, was arrested in Baghpat for allegedly strangling her 15-year-old daughter Nazia after catching her talking to her boyfriend over the phone. Warisa attempted to bury Nazia, but villagers alerted the police. The autopsy confirmed strangulation as the cause of death. An investigation is underway.
