UP Board practical exams rescheduled; check new dates and detail

UP Board Intermediate practical exams will now be held from 1 to 16 February due to JEE Mains scheduling conflicts. Exams for specific divisions are divided into two phases. Measures to prevent cheating during the exams have been implemented, including forming inspection squads with three-member teams, one of which must be female.
