Twitch streamer Aspen Kartier, also known as Aspen Easterling, was arrested and charged with animal cruelty after a video surfaced showing her handling her puppy roughly during a livestream. The 19-year-old was taken into custody following multiple public complaints and an investigation. Her three-month-old Maltipoo puppy was found in good health and taken by animal control.
