TCS acquires commercial real estate company
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has acquired Darshita Southern India Happy Homes in an all-cash deal valued at Rs 2,250 crore. TCS will transform the acquired land and building into a delivery centre in Bengaluru. Darshita Southern India Happy Homes is a commercial real estate firm, currently in development, with no revenue generation reported in the past three years.
