Shops, establishments must display names in Tamil: Puducherry CM Rangasamy
Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy announced that shops and establishments must display their names in Tamil to honour the language. Circulars with strict instructions will be issued. Additionally, government function invitations will include Tamil versions. PWD and Fisheries Minister K Lakshminarayanan detailed plans for a Rs 1,000 crore project to prevent sea erosion along Puducherry's coastline.
