Senior KAS officer sets up endowment in her name at University of Mysore
Senior KAS officer MK Savitha has established an endowment at the University of Mysore to encourage female scholars in geography. She donated Rs 2.1 lakh from her savings for an annual award to the top MSc Geography student. Savitha also pledged a purified drinking water system for the department.
