Ronaldo drops out of Brazilian football presidency due to lack of support
Brazilian football legend Ronaldo has withdrawn his candidacy for the presidency of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) due to insufficient support from regional federations. Citing that 23 of the 27 federations backed the re-election of current president Ednaldo Rodrigues, Ronaldo stated his decision does not matter if they believe football is in good hands.
