Rare turtle bust : Two traffickers arrested in UP; animals destined for Uttarakhand seized
Two wildlife trafficking suspects were apprehended by police in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, with 74 rare turtles. The duo, identified as Yanendra Gangwar and Arsh Pathania, were intercepted while attempting to transport the animals to Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, for local buyers. The vehicle used in the smuggling attempt was also seized.
