A Chandausi court on Tuesday reserved its judgment in a case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his alleged remarks about “fighting the Indian state.” Additional District Judge Aarti Fauzdar will deliver the verdict on November 7. The case was filed by Simran Gupta, national president of Hindu Shakti Dal, who claimed Gandhis statement during the Delhi Congress office inauguration on January 15 had “hurt public sentiments.”
