Punjab Police's Counter Intelligence in Jalandhar thwarted a major target killing plot by Babbar Khalsa International, arresting three module members and seizing four sophisticated weapons with ammunition. The terror module, allegedly handled by USA-based gangster Gurpreet Singh and his Greece-based associate, Laadi Bakapuria, had links to Pakistan's ISI.
