Punjab police have apprehended Shehnaz Singh, alias Shawn Bhinder, a major figure in an international drug trafficking ring and wanted by the FBI. Singh fled to India after a U.S. operation in February resulted in the arrests of his associates and the seizure of significant quantities of narcotics.
