Police nab 2 suspects in Beed sarpanch’s murder case from Pune
A special squad of Beed police arrested two suspects from Pune in connection with the December 9 abduction and murder of Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh. The suspects, Sudarshan Ghule and Sudhir Sangle, were handed over to the state CID for further investigation. The CID is also probing related extortion and assault cases involving a renewable energy firm.
