Odisha CM lays foundation for Nabarangpur medical college, boosting healthcare

He also launched the 'Shree Jagannath Darshan' scheme for pilgrims and laid foundation stones for 177 development projects worth over Rs 446 crore, emphasising balanced regional growth.
