Oberoi at 90: Group launches skill development programme for hospitality industry
The Oberoi group launched the "RISE" program to commemorate its 90th anniversary. This initiative will train 1,800-2,000 young people annually in various hospitality roles, offering education, skills development, and guaranteed careers. Selection will be conducted through premier skilling institutes. Trainees will receive comprehensive mentorship and hands-on experience at some of The Oberoi Group’s finest hotels.
