MCD announces house tax waiver for Delhi residents
Senior AAP leader Sanjay Singh announced that MCD has introduced a house tax waiver. Homeowners with 2024-25 tax dues will have previous taxes waived off. Properties between 100-500 sq yards get a 50% waiver, and houses under 100 sq yards are fully exempt. Commercial properties in rehabilitation areas and 1,300 housing apartments also receive tax reductions.
