The Manipur Congress is calling on the government to take immediate action to stabilize the region and provide a home for those displaced before the census takes place. Party leader Okram Ibobi Singh emphasized that conducting a thorough data collection for future development projects is unfeasible with thousands still residing in relief camps since May 2023.
