Man with 260 cases against him arrested in Karnataka, Rs 30 lakh worth gold found

Karnataka police arrested a man identified as Shiva Prasad infamously known as Mantri Shankar from Secunderabad. The man was reportedly involved in an inter-state theft case and the police recovered stolen gold ornaments worth 30 lakh.
