Ira Singhal’s UPSC success story redefined perseverance and transformed barriers into milestones in civil services
Ira Singhal, an IAS officer and computer science engineer, made history by topping the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 2014, becoming the first differently-abled woman to achieve All India Rank 1.
