IPL: Rathi fined again for celebrations; Pant penalised for slow over-rate
Lucknow Super Giants spinner Digvesh Singh Rathi has been fined 50 per cent of his match fee for violating the IPL code of conduct during their win over Mumbai Indians. This is his second penalty for the same offense. Additionally, LSG captain Rishabh Pant was fined ₹12 lakh for maintaining a slow over-rate in the match.
