FWICE issues non-cooperation directive against Ranveer Singh; says “No superstar is above the rules of the industry”

The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has issued a Non-Cooperation Directive (NCD) against Ranveer Singh over his alleged last-minute exit from Don 3, following a complaint by filmmaker Farhan Akhtar. Addressing the media, FWICE officials said the decision was taken due to the timing of the actor’s withdrawal, with producers allegedly having already spent around ₹45 crore on pre-production. The federation claimed repeated attempts were made to reach Ranveer before the directive was issued and said its members and allied unions would not work with him until the matter is resolved. FWICE, however, reiterated that it remains open to dialogue and an amicable resolution.
