After a long and drawn-out legal battle spanning almost 29 years, a special CBI court in Ranchi has sentenced four transporters to three years behind bars for the misappropriation of 150 metric tonnes of bitumen, valued at Rs 9 lakh, during the years 1992 to 1994.
