Delhi high court rejects SpiceJet's plea to review Rs 144 cr payment order in dispute with Kalanithi Maran
In a recent ruling, the Delhi High Court dismissed SpiceJet and promoter Ajay Singh's bid to challenge a payment order of Rs 144 crore related to their ongoing dispute with Kalanithi Maran. Citing reasons such as the airline's financial strain and the geopolitical unrest in West Asia, the court also imposed a Rs 50,000 cost on the plaintiffs.
