CBSE launches psycho-social counselling and 24x7 IVRS for Class X and XII students

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched psycho-social counselling and mental wellbeing services for Class X and XII students. Running until June 1, 2026, the initiative includes a 24×7 toll-free IVRS, weekday tele-counselling with 73 trained professionals across India and abroad, and curated digital resources on stress management and study strategies. The services aim to help students manage examination-related stress and prepare for the February 17, 2026, theory exams with confidence and emotional balance.
