Brothers drown in village pond in Sundargarh
Two brothers, Chitta Makar (40) and Debasish Makar (20), tragically drowned in a village pond in Sundargarh district on Friday. Debasish slipped into deep water, and Chitta, attempting a rescue, also succumbed. Their bodies were recovered late Friday night after an extensive search operation, and an unnatural death case has been registered.
