ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India is set to see a leadership change as current CFO Amit Harlalka takes over as CEO from July 1. Dilip Oommen, the company's first CEO since its formation and successful acquisition of Essar Steel, will transition to a board member role after June 30. Oommen has steered the joint venture since its inception.
