Andhra Pradesh: Tata power to establish Rs 6,675 crore 10 GW ingot & wafer manufacturing facility in Nellore
Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited will invest Rs 6,675 crore to establish a 10 GW ingot and wafer manufacturing facility in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. This project, cleared by the State Investment Promotion Board, will be the country's largest of its kind, bolstering India's solar and semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and creating approximately 1,000 direct jobs.
