3 held for jewellery thefts on express trains in Thane
The Government Railway Police (GRP) arrested three individuals, including two jewellers, involved in stealing and purchasing jewellery from express train passengers in Maharashtra's Thane district. Stolen jewellery, melted into gold blocks worth Rs 8.64 lakh, was recovered. The suspects are linked to three theft cases registered at Kalyan and Vasai Road GRP stations.
